• Experience working on residential and mixed-use developments, ideally within Yorkshire or the Northeast.
• Commitment to continuing professional development.
• Interest in quantitative and sequential assessments.

Responsibilities

• Promote large scale residential and mixed-use developments.
• Conduct research and site appraisals for projects.
• Prepare and negotiate planning applications.
• Lodge appeals and prepare appeal statements.
• Develop client relationships.
• Coordinate project teams and ensure quality assurance.
• Prepare Local Plan and Neighbourhood Plan representations.
