Qualifications

• Able to work as part of a multi-disciplined team and provide guidance.
• Accountability of onsite tooling contract management.
• HNC qualification or equivalent experience.
• Background in manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience with build aids, jigs/fixtures, or construction tooling.
• Exposure to interim products or sub-assemblies within high-hazard industries.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of tooling from procurement to delivery.
• Provide specialist advice on tooling options.
• Lead tooling, calibration and capability reviews.
• Communicate with stakeholders to deliver best practice.
• Support business-wide improvement initiatives.
• Develop and motivate reporting staff.
