• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop USA.
• Track record of driving $1M+ GMV per month for at least one brand.
• Strong background in creator-driven commerce: affiliates, UGC, livestreams.
• Deep understanding of TikTok algorithms and marketplace mechanics.
• Experience with DTC consumer brands, preferably in beauty or skincare.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the TikTok Shop US channel end-to-end.
• Build and manage a full creator ecosystem.
• Drive monthly GMV growth using organic and paid strategies.
• Develop a repeatable model for creator acquisition and retention.
• Manage TikTok Shop operations including orders and logistics.
• Stay updated on TikTok Shop algorithm changes.
