Summary
As a Senior Technical Programme Manager, you will provide strategic leadership in planning, implementing, and delivering sophisticated technical programmes. You will supervise the full lifecycle of initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and driving transformation across the business. In this role, focused on Store Stock Modernisation, you will lead a programme that will modernise and optimise stock management capabilities. This includes leading cross‑functional dependencies, coordinating technical deliveries, and driving operational excellence across people, processes, and technology to deliver modern, efficient, and scalable solutions. Your role demands a hands‑on approach combined with strong technical foresight and exceptional partner management. You will champion collaboration between engineering, product, and operations teams, inspire continuous improvement, and embed a culture of data‑driven decision‑making.
