A leading housebuilder in England is seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator in Hampshire to assist in delivering new sites. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of house construction, preferably with a degree or HNC in Building Studies. As a result of their continued growth, our client, one of the UK's leading housebuilders is in search of a Senior Technical Coordinator in Hampshire. Constructing innovative homes with a varied portfolio from character properties to luxury apartments. Established for over 40 years, this developer has a reputation for quality having gained themselves an array of industry awards.

The client is seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator to assist in the delivery of new sites.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring drawings are produced to enable a site to be developed
  • Checking detailed construction drawings
  • Identifying and resolving technical and construction issues
  • Working within established budgets
  • Attending progress meetings
  • Carrying out site inspections
Qualifications

Suitable applicants will possess a strong knowledge of house construction and a degree of flair for design. A strong Engineering understanding is also highly desirable. Ideally candidates will be degree educated or possess an HNC in Building Studies or a related discipline.

Applicants most suited will already be working for a developer or contractor in a coordination role but be seeking the next step in their career and a desire to work for a developer who has built themselves an enviable reputation.
