Job description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Talent Partner – GTM in the UK.

In this role, you will own and scale go‑to‑market hiring across Sales and Marketing in a fast‑growing, remote‑first environment. You will partner closely with senior commercial leaders to deliver high‑quality hires at speed, directly enabling revenue growth and market expansion. Operating end to end, you will shape hiring strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and elevate the candidate experience. This position combines hands‑on recruiting with data‑driven advisory, giving you real influence over team composition and performance. You will work in a collaborative People function with strong leadership support. The role offers high visibility, autonomy, and impact as the organization continues to scale.

Accountabilities
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for all GTM and commercial roles, from sourcing through offer and close
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to understand hiring needs, define profiles, and align on timelines
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing and structured hiring processes
  • Use recruiting data and metrics to monitor pipeline health, identify risks, and advise hiring managers on decisions
  • Drive initiatives to continuously improve hiring quality, speed, and consistency across GTM roles
  • Implement inclusive hiring practices to support building diverse and high‑performing commercial teams
  • Ensure a high‑quality, transparent candidate experience at every stage of the process
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an in‑house, full‑lifecycle recruiter, ideally hiring commercial or GTM roles in a high‑growth environment
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing hiring, including experience with structured sales methodologies or playbook‑driven teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
  • Data‑driven mindset, with confidence using recruiting metrics to guide decisions and improve outcomes
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive hiring and building diverse teams
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple roles in parallel without compromising quality
  • Curious, commercially minded, and motivated to deeply understand the business context behind each hire
