Lead Complex, High‑Stakes Projects

As a Systems Engineer within our elite UK division, you will be the technical force behind complex bridge and surveillance systems for naval combatants. You won't just be a cog in a machine; you will own the technical lifecycle of mission‑critical projects.

Your core responsibilities will include:
  • Design & Documentation: Producing high‑level technical documentation, including Interface Control Documents, SoWs, and V&V plans.
  • Hands‑on Systems Engineering: Building, configuring, and testing PC‑based networking systems and marine electronics (Radar, ECDIS, Steering Control).
  • Technical Authority: Acting as the subject matter expert for service engineers, providing guidance on commissioning, diagnostics, and overseas trials.
  • Strategic Requirement Flow‑down: Interpreting CONOPS and architectural descriptions to produce winning technical proposals.
