Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a global legal firm to recruit a Senior Systems Support Administrator to join their Business Services function.

Overview

The role requires a proactive, organised, and technically minded Systems Support Administrator who will provide global operational support for the firm's room and desk booking technology. As a subject‑matter expert, the role holder will work closely with the Business Services Project Manager, the Business Services Systems Officers, and other stakeholders across the business. This role requires an individual who can understand client requirements, provide effective system support, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and deliver a first‑class service to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide global operational support for the firm's room and desk booking system.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert and trusted advisor for the platform.
  • Work closely with Business Services, IT, suppliers, and legal practice groups.
  • Support major projects including the London office move and NYC office rollout.
  • Coordinate teams responsible for cross‑functional deliverables.
  • Deliver change management support and training on new system features.
  • Manage regular system upgrades, including testing, updating test scripts, and communicating improvements.
  • Log and elevate system defects to suppliers and recommend solutions to technical issues.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure maximum value is derived from the system.
  • Represent the project team in internal and external meetings.
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Customer‑oriented, with the ability to anticipate and understand client needs.
