The role requires a proactive, organised, and technically minded Systems Support Administrator who will provide global operational support for the firm's room and desk booking technology. As a subject‑matter expert, the role holder will work closely with the Business Services Project Manager, the Business Services Systems Officers, and other stakeholders across the business. This role requires an individual who can understand client requirements, provide effective system support, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and deliver a first‑class service to internal stakeholders.
