Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Senior and Principal Systems Engineering Consultants to join their team and make a meaningful impact.

THE SENIOR/PRINCIPAL SYSTEMS ENGINEERING CONSULTANT ROLE:

As a Senior or Principal Systems Engineering Consultant, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to tackle complex challenges using Systems Thinking and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Your responsibilities will include providing strategic consultancy, delivering engineering solutions, and mentoring team members to drive excellence. in this role you will work on complex and cutting-edge projects, covering aerospace, security, defence and critical national infrastructure.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR THE SENIOR/PRINCIPAL SYSTEMS ENGINEERING CONSULTANT:

  • Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent experience.
  • Professional recognition, e.g., Chartered Engineer (CEng) or CSEP.
  • Expertise in MBSE tools (e.g., Sparx EA, Cameo) and frameworks like SysML/UML.
  • Strong knowledge of systems engineering lifecycles and methodologies (ISO 15288:2023).
  • Experience integrating complex systems in aerospace, defence, or technology contexts.
  • Eligible for SC clearance, with preference for consultancy backgrounds.
