Job summary

A leading real estate consultancy is seeking a Property & Asset Management Surveyor to manage and enhance a diverse commercial property portfolio in Essex. Responsibilities include day-to-day management of commercial buildings, advising on estate management matters, and collaborating with departments to identify new revenue streams. The ideal candidate has at least 12 months of experience in commercial property management and is ideally MRICS qualified or working towards it. The position offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 and excellent career development opportunities.

About the Role

You will play a key role in managing and enhancing a diverse commercial property portfolio, including industrial, retail, and office assets. Responsibilities include:

  • The position will involve providing day-to-day property management services for commercial buildings in accordance with RICS industry best practice. Understanding
  • Maximising portfolio value through proactive property and asset management.
  • Advising on estate management matters such as rent reviews, lease renewals, and leasing strategies.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and service partners.
  • Collaborating with other departments to identify new revenue streams and deliver exceptional service.
