We support adults with learning disabilities across Leicester, celebrating each individual s unique personality, interests, and passions. Our goal is to offer personalized support that aligns with their desires and needs. As a Senior Support Worker, you ll also mentor your team, provide proactive support, and be the go-to person for advice and encouragement. Your leadership, empathy, and ability to motivate will inspire your team to deliver their best every day. With your keen eye for detail and advocacy, you ll ensure compliance while prioritising the health and happiness of everyone who draws on our support. You'll lead with heart, creating an environment where both your team and the people we support thrive. Whether it's rota management, finances, compliance, inspections, or the many other tasks that keep our houses running, you'll be on hand to make sure everything stays on track and everyone's voice is heard. You ll also be supported by an experienced Frontline Manager, and have plenty of opportunities to grow your mentorship skills, empowering you to lead with even more confidence.
