Responsibilities

• Scale & complexity: Manage a multi-site supply chain covering 300+ ingredients from UK, European, and North American suppliers.
• Strategic influence: Lead an upcoming distribution contract renewal, shaping long-term network strategy.
• Exciting growth: Join a dynamic brand at a pivotal stage of expansion.
• Own end-to-end supply chain operations, from suppliers to restaurants.
• Manage international supplier relationships and distributor performance.
• Drive forecasting accuracy and ensure 100% menu availability.
• Support NPD, menu changes, and nationwide new store openings.
• Line manage and develop a Supply Chain Coordinator.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to deliver growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' food & beverage supply chain experience (hospitality, food service, or FMCG)
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
• International supply chain exposure a plus
