Job summary

Qualifications

  • Senior quality or technical experience within manufacturing.
  • Strong supplier quality and compliance background.
  • Confident reading technical drawings and managing engineering change.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Supplier Quality Assurance function, including supplier approval, audits, and performance management.
  • Own supplier NCRs, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and cost recovery.
  • Drive APQP, PPAP, SPC, and pre-production readiness for new and modified products.
  • Maintain technical files, compliance documentation, FMEAs, control plans, and approvals.
  • Manage customer NCRs and quality concerns through to verified closure.
  • Lead continuous improvement using structured problem-solving methods.
  • Oversee third-party testing, validation, and internal quality control processes.
  • Lead and develop the Quality & Technical function, KPIs, and standards.
