Qualifications

  • Must have active NMC registration and substance misuse clinical knowledge.
  • Experience in a hospital, community, or prison setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team prioritizing patient care.
  • Deliver treatment options including clinical and psychosocial interventions.
  • Monitor therapeutic responses to medication and provide support.

Skills

Registered nurse with current NMC registration
Sound clinical substance misuse knowledge
Experience working with opiate dependent patients

Willingness to undertake RCGP 1 in Substance Misuse
