Overview

Senior Stylist (37.5 hours per week) – Battersea Power Station, London, England, United Kingdom

AllSaints is a global brand focused on feelings, product knowledge and customer service. We are a diverse team designing in-house and working with a network of suppliers to sustainable standards. We seek new team members to contribute to this exciting plan.

Responsibilities
  • Open and close the store, handle cash, keyholding and security, and deploy the team according to the store floor plan; deliver team briefs
  • Manage product deliveries to ensure new stock hits the floor quickly
  • Complete daily tasks accurately and quickly in line with company policies; collaborate with stylists and share brand values
  • Implement best practices and mentor new joiners; demonstrate the AllSaints way of working
  • Support the brand leader and store manager with back-of-house operations to maintain standards
  • Learn shift rotas, act as a contact for stylist queries
  • Lead the placement of bestsellers and key investments in merchandising to attract customers
  • Identify selling opportunities by approaching customers to build rapport, influence styling and close sales
  • Handle first-line customer queries via online customer service (emails, chats, calls); resolve issues while retaining loyalty
  • Utilise training materials to display thorough product knowledge and upsell the AllSaints brand
  • Ensure immaculate presentation of the store in terms of cleanliness, organisation and merchandising
  • Influence and coach team members to maximise growth; create a collaborative environment
  • Spend 30–50% of time on online customer service; work with specialist customer experience teams for escalations
  • Work in partnership with team leaders to ensure coaching and delivery of service excellence
What Skills Do I Need?
  • Minimum of one year in a stylist role at AllSaints before progressing to the senior stylist role
  • Seen as a role model, delivering consistent performance with ambition to move into line management
  • Strong understanding of AllSaints values, processes and procedures
  • Positive attitude that motivates the team; ability to drive results
  • Action-oriented and solution-driven; proactive problem solving
  • Tech-savvy with experience processing transactions and store deliveries using in-store digital tools
  • Ability to assert authority fairly and consistently; trusted to escalate issues appropriately
  • Innovative and reactive to trade; able to adapt shop floor focus to meet targets
  • Passion for fashion
