Overview

Senior Structural Engineer – Birmingham

Our client is a well-established Consultancy who work across a range of sectors including Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geo Environmental and Traffic & Transport. They work on a range of different project types such as Residential, Industrial, Health Care, Education, Retail, Hotel & Leisure, Offices and Historic Buildings.

Responsibilities
  • In this role you will be responsible for planning and monitoring workloads to achieve project demands, communicating and taking a leadership role in the project team to provide a professional service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing technical advice to clients and keeping them updated throughout the project cycle.
  • Provide solutions to technical problems, create technical reports, have input into company initiatives and objectives.
  • Attend courses and professional meetings as and when required and support junior engineers.
Qualifications
  • The successful candidate will hold a minimum of 10 years' experience working within a Structural Engineering role as well as hold a relevant degree to Structural Engineering.
  • Being chartered is advantageous but not essential as this is something the client can support the successful candidate with.
