A leading housing association in Liverpool is seeking a Senior Stock Condition Surveyor to manage the Stock Condition Surveying team and ensure compliance with quality standards of social housing stock. Ideal candidates will have qualifications in Building Surveying, knowledge of health and safety regulations, and strong IT skills. Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £44,464.44 Per Annum (£49,145.44 Per Annum after 12 months successful performance)
Working Hours: 35 Hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Hybrid
Location: Speke, Estuary Boulevard, Liverpool

To lead and manage the Stock Condition Surveying team, ensuring high‑quality inspection and assessment of social housing stock.
To inspect and assess the condition of social housing stock, ensuring properties meet safety, compliance, and quality standards. The role supports long‑term asset planning, investment strategies, and contributes to maintaining decent homes for residents.
