Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Steel Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in structural steel to join the commercial team. This role offers hybrid working and clear progression towards a future Commercial Manager position.

Key Details

• Location: West London, Hybrid Set-up (3 days office-based, 2 days from home)
• Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per year
• Hours: 08:30 - 17:30
• Start Date: ASAP

• Review plans, materials, and specifications to ensure commercial accuracy

• Provide accurate cost forecasts and maintain strong financial control on all live projects
• Contribute to the development of efficient cost management procedures and best practices
