Up to £37,250.00 - £42,500.00 per annum depending on experience
37.5 hours per week

Overview

Join Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital as a Senior Staff Nurse. You’ll be registered with the appropriate governing body and bring the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC registration. You will mentor and support junior staff, apply your clinical skills with empathy, and contribute to a high standard of patient care within a multi-specialty environment.

Responsibilities

• Use your excellent clinical skills and empathetic approach to meet each patient's needs
• Enjoy autonomy to make decisions that ensure excellent patient care
• Provide day-to-day supervision, including clinical supervision of junior nursing staff and students
• Contribute to scheduling and rotas, recruitment, induction, performance reviews and training

Qualifications

• Registered with the appropriate governing body and the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC
• Experience in mentoring and multi-specialty surgical procedures; qualifications in teaching/assessment and management are advantageous
