Qualifications

• 7+ years as a SQL Server DBA supporting large-scale or enterprise systems.
• Deep expertise in T-SQL, execution plans, indexing, and SQL Server internals.
• Strong capability in tuning auto-generated SQL and identifying structural bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize SQL Server instances across SaaS and client-hosted environments.
• Lead indexing, statistics, and query-tuning strategies for high-volume workloads.
• Diagnose client issues and recommend configuration improvements.
