A charity focused on brain injury recovery in York seeks a Senior Specialist Speech and Language Therapist. You'll lead a multi-disciplinary team in assessing communication impacts and providing tailored interventions. Candidates must possess a degree in Speech and Language Therapy, be HCPC registered, and have at least four years of experience managing complex cases including dysphagia. Located in York, the centre can accommodate up to 40 people over two floors and has stunning views of the Knavesmire area. Brainkind Neurological Centre York is an innovative, purpose-built independent hospital providing specialist neurobehavioral assessment and post-acute rehabilitation for people with a non-progressive acquired brain injury.
The Role:
Brainkind is looking for a Senior Specialist SaLT who wants to develop their experience by working in our highly regarded Hospital in York; providing strategic, professional leadership to the multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team.
