  4. Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes to spec, maintaining the highest standards.
  5. Ensure all deliveries meet quality, quantity, and freshness standards.
  6. Take charge of allergen procedures and ensure compliance across the team.
  7. Develop and contribute to new dishes and seasonal menus.
  8. Step up and manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
  9. Lead by example by training and supporting the team to meet high standards.
  10. Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
