Overview

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for experienced technologists with expertise in cloud technologies, AI, Generative AI, and data analytics to join our UK Solutions Architecture team. Our team works with AWS customers in Gaming and Betting & Gaming to understand their needs and provide tailored guidance on utilizing AWS technology to create business value and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to accelerate complex projects and align technological solutions with their long-term business objectives.
• Build relationships with customers, including C-suite and Line of Business stakeholders, to establish yourself as their trusted advisor.
• Share the voice of the customer to inform the roadmap of AWS features.
• Participate in the creation and sharing of best practices, technical content and new reference architectures.
• Evangelise and educate about AWS technology through workshops, meetups, public speaking, etc.
• Develop areas of depth in technical domains relevant to the customer’s outcomes and personal interests.

A day in the life

A typical day might include preparing for customer meetings, reviewing goals, listening to challenges, and offering strategic, industry-context insights. You may design custom solutions with internal teams, lead workshops to educate on new AWS features, or write blog posts sharing best practices. You’ll balance relationship-building with technical work and continue learning to stay current with evolving technologies.

Qualifications
