Join Brickwise as our Tech Lead and help us build "Alice."

We are building the world’s first autonomous AI property manager. Alice handles voice calls, diagnoses maintenance issues, and dispatches contractors for thousands of units - completely replacing the need for human intervention.

We are not a standard pre-seed gamble. We have over $3M in funding and have already secured a >$2M enterprise contract. You will be shipping code that immediately impacts real-world operations, moving far faster than any corporate role.

Who you’ll build with: You won’t just be an employee; you’ll be a core partner coding directly alongside our founders. We have done this before, and we win:

• CTO (Elias): Ex-Google Senior Engineer who took a product from $50k to >$100m ARR. Early engineer at a YC-backed startup acquired by Google.
• CEO (Ismail): Previously scaled a venture-backed AI platform to 150k videos edited/month and raised millions in prior ventures.

The Role: Founding Tech Lead We are looking for an owner, not just a contributor. As a Tech Lead, you will:

• Own the Architecture: Take full ownership of core product areas from start to finish (Node/React/TS/Supabase).
• Break Silos: You will work full-stack, deploy to Vercel, and push code during customer calls.
• Mentor: Set the standard for engineering excellence and mentor future hires as we scale.
• Interface: You’ll talk directly to customers to see how your code makes their lives better.

The Offer: This package is designed to attract the best. We match Big Tech cash salaries (£100k - £120k) combined with Tech Lead level equity (1.0% - 2.0%), roughly 10x the market standard for a company with this level of traction.
