London (once or twice per fortnight in office)

We’re now looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who enjoys balancing hands‑on coding with architectural thinking. You’ll build scalable, secure, cloud‑native products used in real clinical environments, and collaborate closely with product and design to turn complex problems into elegant solutions.

What you’ll do

• Build and scale full‑stack features using TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• Design reliable, observable systems running in the cloud (AWS)
• Champion CI / CD, automated testing, and zero‑downtime deployments
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards
• Experiment with emerging tech like AI, computer vision, and advanced analytics

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years building SaaS or enterprise software
• Strong experience with React, Typescript, Node & AWS Technologies
• Solid cloud and DevOps knowledge
• Comfort working in data‑sensitive or regulated environments
