Qualifications

• Experience with agile processes, e.g. pair-programming and TDD.
• History of building a culture for fast scaling organisations.
• Experience overseeing a team with coaching and line leadership.
• Experience in architectural decision-making and reducing technical debt.
• Ability to build infrastructure with AWS infrastructure-as-code.
