Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in building and/or interiors contracting.
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory or project management role.
• Proven track record in managing onsite activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all onsite activities and report back to the project manager.
• Oversee carpentry, partitioning, ceiling installation, and general building skills.
• Complete daily site paperwork including audits and inspections.

Skills

PC literate – MS Word, MS Excel

Good communicator – written, oral and numerate

Qualification in Health and Safety site supervision

Completed a First Aid course

Creative problem-solving
