A leading construction firm in North Leeds is seeking a Senior Site Manager to oversee various construction projects. The role involves planning, coordinating operations, and ensuring the safety and quality of work on-site. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in social housing refurbishment and holds relevant qualifications including SMSTS and First Aid. This position offers a competitive salary between £40,000 and £55,000 along with benefits including a company car and an annual profit-related bonus.
Senior Site Manager/Site Manager - Social Housing (Refurbishment) - North Leeds. Prosper Recruitment are working in partnership with a highly successful and marketing leading main contractor renowned for their expertise in social housing refurbishment and retrofit projects across the North of England. As the company embarks on an exciting period of growth and strategic development, and with a new regional division now up and running in Yorkshire they are seeking Project Managers and Senior Site Managers to support their ambitious expansion plans. Due to new projects won our client is looking to recruit a number of Senior Site Managers and Site Managers as soon as possible. The purpose of the role is to oversee every aspect of a construction project.
This includes planning and delivery, organising logistics, delegation of work and ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, in budget and in line with contractual obligations. You will be expected to create a positive Health and Safety culture and your main duties will include supervising all construction workers, their tools and materials and making regular safety inspections.
Social Housing - Refurbishment schemes experience required
To be shortlisted for interview you must have at least 2 years\' experience working at Senior Site Manager or Site Manager level for a Main Contractor within the Social Housing industry sector and have a SMSTS and First Aid at Work qualification and hold a current CSCS Card. INDAF
