Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering similar schemes for a reputable main contractor.
• Experience of delivering RC frame / Traditional build projects from inception through to completion.
• Ability to lead and motivate full site teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a mixed-use development in Milton Keynes.
• Manage construction phases consisting of residential units and a retail outlet.
• Report to a Project Manager.
