Responsibilities

• Manage the development to maintain and deliver the build programme.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards.
• Liaise with Head Office, NHBC, and local authorities.
• Order materials timely to meet the build programme.
• Conduct handover inspections in line with customer care procedures.
