• 4 years of ServiceNow consultancy or high-level administration experience.
• Expert-level JavaScript and experience with HTML/CSS for Portal work.
• Proven experience with Discovery, MID Servers, and Service Mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules.
• Write clean, performant JavaScript, developing Service Portals.
• Own the health of the CMDB and ensure infrastructure data accuracy.
• Build and maintain robust integrations with other tools.
• Manage platform governance, clones, and upgrades.
