• Clearly communicating service concepts and propositions through storytelling and visualisation
• Presenting work to the team and stakeholders, ensuring design approaches meet policy and regulatory objectives
• Championing the value of design thinking and empathy, influencing stakeholders to adopt a user-centred approach
• Helping to embed a culture of continuous improvement using data, user feedback, and analysis to iterate and refine services over time

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Experience developing service propositions for complex projects
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively
• Proactive and happy to work as part of a team and independently
• Strong influencing skills and the ability to advocate for users

• Collaborative and comfortable working in the open and receiving critique
• Knowledge of continuous improvement approaches with the ability to use data and user feedback to iterate designs
