This company is currently moving toward first‑in‑human trials for a therapy aimed at treating hearing loss, based on auditory stem cells. The company is expanding its R&D team to support the development of manufacturing protocols for this therapy, as well as progressing other therapies in the discovery stage.
As a Senior Scientist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing experimental programs related to the expansion, culture, and differentiation of pluripotent stem cells (PSCs). You will collaborate with academic partners to establish protocols for manufacturing, ensuring they can be transferred to production partners. You will also report directly to the CTO and guide the direction of research programs in the lab.
