Backed by strong investment and built through the acquisition of leading regional installers, we combine local expertise with national reach and a digital-first energy management platform.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to help scale our residential sales efforts.

You’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, managing the full homeowner sales journey, and supporting the growth of a nationwide sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong consumer sales experience who is motivated by helping households decarbonise and save on energy costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and convert homeowner leads, guiding customers through the full sales process—from initial enquiry to contract signing.

  • Support the design and delivery of residential go-to-market campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

  • Build strong relationships with homeowners, ensuring trust and clear communication around product benefits, financing, and installation processes.

  • Achieve and exceed personal and team KPIs including conversion rates, deal value, and customer satisfaction scores.

  • Mentor junior sales executives and contribute to the development of best-practice sales processes.

  • Represent the brand at homeowner events, roadshows, and local community engagement activities.

  • Provide customer feedback to product and operations teams to improve offerings and service delivery.

Ideal Background
  • 4–6 years of sales or business development experience, ideally within residential solar, heat pumps, EV charging, or other high-value home improvement products (e.g. smart home, HVAC, home efficiency).

  • Proven track record of closing high-ticket consumer sales (typically £5k–£30k+) with long consideration cycles.

  • Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and remote sales channels (e.g. video consultations).

  • Strong consultative sales approach, able to simplify technical solutions for homeowners.

  • A proactive, target-driven mindset with a passion for sustainability and customer impact.
