• Experience of working in a reward team, either in-house or within a consultancy practice.
• Able to project manage a team including coaching and developing junior members of the team.
• Able to deliver bespoke written and oral advice to clients in a simple and impactful way.

Responsibilities

• Advising on development of reward strategy aligned to business strategy on a UK and global basis.
• Advising on and helping to develop robust job architecture, pay and grading structures.
• Carrying out remuneration benchmarking.
