Senior Resourcing & Onboarding Specialist (Work from Home)

Salary: 26000 Bonus

Location: South Wales - Home-Based

Hours: Full-time Permanent

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Resourcing & Onboarding Specialist to join our growing Self‑Employed Division at Just Mortgages part of the Spicerhaart Group.

This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with strong leadership and communication skills. You will oversee recruitment and onboarding activities, manage reporting and process improvements and provide a high‑quality candidate experience.

Working from home with occasional travel for team meetings and events you will ensure every new starter enjoys a smooth, professional and memorable experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle from initial application through to induction.
  • Analyse reports and data, identify gaps, take action based on findings and follow up to ensure outcomes are achieved.
  • Identify and resolve missing or inaccurate data in reports, maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency.
  • Delegate and prioritise workload as needed to ensure SLAs and targets are achieved.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct application screening, candidate calls and compliance checks.
  • Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain accurate pipelines.
  • Support HR systems (BambooHR, PeopleHR) and track onboarding milestones.
  • Champion continuous improvement in onboarding experience and candidate engagement.
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong administrative and analytical experience within Recruitment, HR or Onboarding.
  • Excellent ability to interpret and present data using Excel and reporting tools.
  • Confident delegator who can lead by example and motivate others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; familiarity with HR platforms such as BambooHR or Civica.
  • Superb communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management.
  • Team‑focused mindset.
  • Experience using HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, PeopleHR) preferred.
