• Experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
• Knowledge of anti-money laundering practices and Solicitors Regulation Authority requirements.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines across multiple active matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage diverse caseloads including sales, purchases, and transfers.
• Conduct due diligence and review title documents and searches.
• Liaise with clients and other parties providing updates on transactions.
• Draft and complete legal documents such as contracts and transfer deeds.
• Manage the exchange and completion process including SDLT submissions.
