Qualifications

• A full Engineering indentured Apprenticeship and/or qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject.
• Relevant experience in a technical leadership role.
• Relevant experience in electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate best practice on using equipment safely.
• Monitor teams to ensure adherence to correct processes.
• Supervise technicians and support their development.
• Solve equipment issues to reduce downtime.
