They are now seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant within either the Tech or Life Sciences Sector to join them in the next phase of their journey. You’ll join a team of fantastic consultants who are specialists in their core markets, working alongside both small and large companies, both domestically and internationally. You’ll be given all the tools to succeed in your role, as they have a top-notch technology stack to allow you to contact just about anyone relevant in the industry, and flourish in a team of like-minded individuals.
You’ll be writing job adverts from customer briefs you’ve taken, sourcing and screening candidates, compiling shortlists, arranging interviews and providing feedback, writing offers, and handling the onboarding process with customers. You will be expected to source your clients and nurture them into long-term relationships to maximise your income.
