Overview

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for the next step in your recruitment career? We’re currently looking to add some additional experience to our team in the Telford office, working on a busy Industrial desk!

If you have the experience and are ready for the next step, we’re keen to discuss various roles with you.

What You’ll be Doing
  • Working within a busy 360 Recruitment team
  • Proactive in developing new business daily
  • Building client relationships, meeting with clients face-to-face
  • Have full autonomy in managing your own plan/desk
  • Managing key accounts
  • Full accountability for your sales
  • Candidate attraction/registrations/RTW checks
  • Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm 1 hour lunch
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Minimum one year recruitment background supported with sales success
  • Ability to build and develop business relationships
  • A self-motivated, confident and tenacious approach
  • Desire to progress your career and be the best in your field
  • A full UK driving licence
