The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in driving branch performance by:

• Leading the recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement of healthcare staff (HCAs, RNs, support workers, etc.)
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery
• Mentoring and supporting junior consultants to grow and succeed
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Driving business development through client visits, networking, and proactive sales

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a recruitment consultant role - healthcare sector preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Motivated by targets and results, with a proactive sales approach
• Knowledge of compliance and safeguarding in a healthcare setting
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment with excellent attention to detail
