A leading civil engineering firm is seeking a Senior Estimator based in Welwyn Garden City, working in a hybrid model. The role involves preparing estimates for rail civils projects and leading a team of estimators. Ideal candidates will have a strong engineering background, experience with tenders up to £5m, and familiarity with estimating software. Qualifications

• Engineering or commercial background required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates for rail civils projects.
• Lead team of estimators for larger tenders, mentoring juniors.
• Identify opportunity and risk during tender process.
