Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor with a Main Contractor.
• Strong understanding of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Sound knowledge of construction law and commercial risk management.

Responsibilities

• Full commercial management of projects from procurement to final account.
• Preparation and negotiation of subcontract packages.
• Administration of contracts under NEC and JCT frameworks.
