Qualifications

• Experience in the infrastructure, utilities, power, or heavy civil engineering sectors.
• Practical knowledge of NEC contracts (ideally NEC3/4).
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of the project.
• Prepare and review tender documents and contract variations.
• Lead cost forecasting and budget management.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Support junior commercial staff with guidance.

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
