Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Quantity Surveying experience in a construction-based role.
• Regular site visits required.
• Confident with approachable demeanour.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs and profitability throughout the life cycle.
• Take accurate and informative briefing notes from clients.
• Produce accurate Bills of Quantities / SoW’s.
