• Responsible for day-to-day cost control, monitoring and reporting across applicable projects.
• Measure progress, submit valuations, and manage final accounts.
• Liaise with buyers on material procurement.
• Lead subcontractor procurement and commercial management.
• Build strong relationships internally and externally.
