Qualifications

• Experience managing costs, contracts and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership in commercial management.
• Ability to prepare and submit applications for payment.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly commercial reports, cash flows and forecasts.
• Procure and manage subcontract packages.
• Manage cost control, change, variations and commercial risks.

Skills

Commercial experience in construction or civil engineering

Knowledge of NEC / IChemE forms of contract

Experience in subcontract procurement and management

Strong financial reporting, forecasting and cost analysis skills

Good communication, IT and organisational ability

Education

HND / degree in Quantity Surveying
