Job summary

A leading recruitment agency has an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a scaffolding, insulation, and painting project in Runcorn. The ideal candidate will have commercial experience on heavy industry sites, with a focus on insulation work and client interactions. The position is expected to last for 4-5 months, starting ASAP, with a Monday to Friday on-site commitment.

Qualifications

• Must have previous QS/commercial experience on similar heavy industry sites.
• Ideally with SIP/insulation commercial experience would be an advantage.

Job description

NES Fircroft has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a scaffolding, insulation and painting (SIP) project on a chemical site in Runcorn.

Must have previous QS / commercial experience on similar heavy industry sites, ideally with SIP / insulation commercial experience would be an advantage.

• Start ASAP with 4-5 months work.
• Mon-Fri on site
• Particular focus on commercial aspect of insulation work on the project.
• Client facing role.
• Project is at latter stages but good work up until around Feb time.
