Quantity Surveyor - Consultancy Civil Engineering

Location : Gatwick (3 days per week on-site : Tuesday - Thursday)

Contract : Permanent / Secondment

Salary : £65,000 - £85,000

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a consultancy team supporting Gatwick Airport's civil engineering programmes. This is a client-side / consultancy role, providing commercial oversight, cost management, and NEC contract administration on a high-profile airfield infrastructure programme.

You will be seconded into Gatwick, working closely with the client and project teams to ensure civil works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The role offers exposure to airfield and highway infrastructure projects, including runway works, and is ideal for a civils-focused QS who thrives in a client advisory or project management environment.

The Role

As the client-side Quantity Surveyor, your focus will be on commercial governance, contract administration, and providing expert advice to the client team. You will play a key role in ensuring value for money, managing risk, and supporting successful project delivery.
