Senior Quantity Surveyor - Post Contract • Location: Bracknell • Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + package

We’re working with a well-established Design & Build contractor specialising in laboratory and commercial office fit-out projects across the South East. With projects up to £9m, they’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the post-contract commercial management of CAT A and CAT B fit-outs.

• Full post-contract commercial management of projects, including valuations, variations, change control, and final accounts.
• Preparing and managing CVRs and monthly commercial reporting.
